The woods have been infected!! We need a hero!!

As the last uncorrupted fungus on earth, you will have to face different types of threatening corrupted fungus. Controlling your bullets will be an ace up the sleeve...

Will you be able to defend your own woods from the threats?

In order to get ready for the battle for the woods, you can fight against another uncorrupted fungus on the multiplayer mode. Train your skills versus another friend can be the most exciting of the fights!

🍄 HOW TO PLAY 🍄

To navigate between screens, follow the controls on the screen.

In order to achieve  a better game feeling, depending on where are you facing at (left / right), you will increase or decrease the velocity of the bullet with different keys.  

Player 1 - Single/Multiplayer - Not shooting

  • A: Move the player to the left
  • D: Move the player to the right
  • W: Press to Jump
  • V: Press to Shoot

Player 1 - Single/Multiplayer - Shooting

  • A: boost/stop bullet's velocity
  • D: boost/stop bullet's velocity

Player 2 - Multiplayer  - Not shooting

  • ⬅: Move the player to the left
  • ➡: Move the player to the right
  • ⬆: Press to Jump
  • Return: Press to Shoot

Player 2 - Multiplayer - Shooting

  • ⬅: boost/stop bullet's velocity
  • ➡: boost/stop bullet's velocity

Joystick available

This game can be played with joysticks, one for player.

Joystick - Not shooting

  • Left: Move the player to the left
  • Right: Move the player to the right
  • Up: Press to Jump
  • Fire: Press to Shoot

Joystick - Shooting

  • Left: boost/stop bullet's velocity
  • Right: boost/stop bullet's velocity

The joysticks's controls are the same for both players. 

Joystick 1 for player 1 and Joystick 2 for player 2 in multiplayer mode.

Key mapping can't be changed.

🍄 GESTURE 🍄

Our gesture of the Amstrad game ¨Rainbow Island¨ is included in the death animation of our Player1 and Player2 sprites. 

You will see it in the gameplay each time the Player1 or Player2 dies in both modes, single and multiplayer.


                                


🍄 INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS 🍄

HOW TO RUN THE GAME IN A REAL AMSTRAD CPC

Insert the cassette into the device, then type RUN"[ENTER] press play, then any key.

HOW TO RUN THE GAME USING A EMULATOR

You can play the game using any AmstradCPC emulator (WinAPERetroVirtualMachine...). Load the file TheLastFungus.cdt into the emulator, then type RUN" and press ENTER.
